You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and session access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- You agree to provide accurate and authentic account information.
- You shall not conduct security exploits, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts against MExpense infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The MExpense brand, aesthetic system, custom UI components, and proprietary algorithms are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of MiftahCoding. Open-source elements adhere to their respective OSS licensing terms.
MExpense claims zero proprietary rights or ownership over your recorded financial datasets or transactions.
4. Financial Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
MExpense is a personal finance bookkeeping and organizational utility. It does not provide certified financial, accounting, investment, or tax advisory services. Calculations and charts are provided 'as-is' without express warranties.
5. Modifications & Inquiries
We reserve the right to modify these terms as platform capabilities evolve. Continued use of MExpense constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
